Part of a New Series of Business Improvement Seminars for Professionals;

 "Reliability, Its about Destruction "

A unique day-long seminar and workshop that will help you look at product relaibility issues in an entirely different way.

By using an easy to understand but unique approach to how to design reliability into your products you will find yourself asking not how to improve reliability but how to destroy it!

The approach builds on a well known and validated technique called Systematic Innovation which consists of a range of tools and techniques that have been proven to support product improvement and design innovation in a wide range of sectors.

The Seminar will consist of;

  • Brief overview of the approach
  • Looking for Root Contradictions
  • S-Fields and Subversion Analysis
  • Shifting the Design Paradigm
  • Practical reliability improvement exercises.
